Who are you?

I’m Lev Grossman. I wrote the Magicians trilogy (which was also a TV show). My latest book, The Bright Sword, came out in 2024. For a long time (2001-2016) I covered books and technology for Time magazine. I also wrote two novels for children, The Silver Arrow and The Golden Swift, and the screenplay for a movie called The Map of Tiny Perfect Things. I usually live in New York but I’m currently in Sydney with my wife and two of my three children (the other one’s in college).
